About the team

If you join our team, New Business Commercial Ecosystems, part of Global Operations, you will be at the forefront of PMI’s transformation globally, driving innovative projects that shape the future of our business leveraging external ecosystems, setting up external/ internal collaborations, designing and implementing operating models, leading innovation projects and programs, enabling the Culture of Innovation across the company. You will collaborate across various functions to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring a dynamic and supportive environment for future growth and day to day learnings.

Who we’re looking for

To be part of our New Business Commercial Ecosystems team, we are seeking ambitious individuals with:

- Education in Business, Engineering, or related Innovation Management and/or Procurement fields.
- Innovative thinkers with an entrepreneurial mindset to explore disruptive ideas, identify new opportunities, and contribute to PMI’s future growth
- Experienced in project management having completed internships in corporate and/or start-up settings.
- Knowledgeable in Procurement understanding the basics of supplier management, procurement strategies and engagement with external partners.
- Strategic mindset and autonomous to develop and implement initiatives that align with the company's innovation goals.
- Possessing strong analytical skills to interpret data, manage ambiguity, and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communicators with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for top management presentation
- Availability for 6-months internship as of early February

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans that drive PMI’s future growth.
- Work with new technologies, start-ups, universities, experts, innovative companies to develop innovative solutions.
- Contribute to high-impact projects that aim to disrupt the industry and deliver a smoke-free future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in a global company committed to innovation and excellence.
