**Was Sie in dieser Funktion tun**:

- Überwachung, Bearbeitung und Betreuung des Risiko Management Tools im ICT-Bereich (Prozesse, Risiken, Kontrollen und mitigierende Massnahmen)
- Durchführung von ICT-Assessments und Reviews sowie Begleitung von ICT-Audits und Testings
- Sicherstellung von ICT-Kontrollautomatisierungen
- Messung von Key-Risk-Indicators und Erstellung von Management-Level Berichten
- enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Legal & Compliance sowie dem Audit-Department
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von ICT-Richtlinien und -Verfahren
- Führen von Prozessanalysen, Erarbeitung und Implementierung der ICT-Prozesse und der Prozessdokumentation
- Hauptansprechperson für das ICT-Prozessmanagement
- Kommunikation, Schulung und Coaching

**Was Sie für diese Funktion mitbringen**:

- abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT Risk-, Prozess
- und Audit-Management
- Kenntnisse der relevanten ICT-Governance-Frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, COBIT, NIST)
- leistungsorientierter Teamplayer mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
- strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise
- Prozess-Management-Erfahrung
- Interesse an konzeptionellen und projektbezogenen Tätigkeiten sowie an der Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
- Freude an eigenständigem und verantwortungsvollem Arbeiten
- stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
