One of our clients
, an ICT service provider is looking to strengthen its technical team with a:

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch incoming tickets
  • Monitor, control, and escalate ServiceDesk tickets
  • Provide 2nd-level support
  • Work across various infrastructure areas (servers, networks, firewalls, M365, cloud, etc.)
  • Act as the interface between support and project teams
  • Help monitor and optimise support processes with the Head of ICT Services
  • Ensure high-quality support delivery
  • Lead regular ticket review meetings with support staff
  • Act as a point of contact for support staff regarding ticket handling (technical and organisational)

Your profile

  • Independent, communicative, friendly, service-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, structured, proactive and customer-focused
  • Completed IT-related training or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in the IT field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2025) and Windows 10/11
  • Experience with M365, networking and firewalls
  • Advantageous: Securepoint, VDI, RDS, Intune, Teams (incl. telephony), Azure
  • Category B driving licence
  • Very good German skills (spoken/written), good English skills
  • Open personality with willingness to learn new technologies
