**À propos du rôle**:
Our client, an international group active in the luxury sector, needs administrative support to strengthen its teams. As a new Administrative Assistant, you will collaborate with the Safety Policy team and the Risk and Insurance team, assisting them with various administrative tasks. From translating policies to organizing meetings, this opportunity will allow you to demonstrate and develop your skills in multiple areas. It will also be an opportunity to work in a multicultural company

Also, your manager has been through the same position as you, so she will be able to train, help and support you on a daily basis

**Descriptif des tâches**:
**For the Security Policy Team**:

- After receiving the established policies, you will need to translate them _(you can make use of translating tools)_
- After the translation, you will liaise with internal experts to align on standard terms and vocabulary in English and French
- After the first feedback from the experts, you will perform quality checks to ensure translations are accurately executed _(and liaise with the experts once more for the corrections)_
- After the final approval from the experts, you will migrate the content to the quality servers (when required)

**For the Risk & Compliance Team**:

- Plan and prepare the assessments _(eg. organize meetings with internal & external stakeholders)_
- Grant and review the access to the tool
- Creation of the assessments in the Group dedicated tool
- Ensure the appropriate execution of the assessments _(in accordance with internal defined framework)_
- Follow the completion of all required steps of the assessments
- Maintain the assessments tracking file up to date
- Support with any other specific related administrative tasks

**Nous recherchons**:

- You have a degree in Business Administration
- You are fluent in French and English (oral and written)
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders in both languages
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, precision and rigor are the key words to obtain this position
