Ort: Zürich Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ein namhaftes Schweizer Familienunternehmen mit mehreren Tochtergesellschaften eine etablierte, erfahrene und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Customer Service International Sales Export (m/w) **Ihre Aufgaben** - Innendienst Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer internationalen Händler und Geschäftskunden (europa - und weltweit), sowie weltweit tätiger "Strategic Account" Kunden - Verantwortung für optimale Kundenbetreuung per Telefon und eMail - Ganzheitliches Kundenmanagement - order processing, Offertwesen, Debitorenmanagement - Organisation von Transport und Logistik gemeinsam mit unseren internen und externen Dienstleistern inkl. Ausarbeitung und Bereitstellung der Dokumente für die Auslieferungen und den Transport - Unterstützung des Teamleiters Int. Sales in abteilungsübergreifenden Themen, z.B. Tagesabschluss oder anderen exportspezifischen Projekten **Ihr Profil** Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, von Vorteil mit technischem Flair und idealerweise mit spezifisischer Export Ausrichtung. Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld gesammelt. Sie sind stilsicher in Deutsch und haen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil. Sie sind ein versierter EDV-Anwender und kennen sich mit Expowin z.B. aus. Des Weiteren sind Sie sich selbständiges und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten gewöhnt.
