**Events Coordinator**

Sommet Education is a hospitality management and pastry & culinary arts education group of more than 1200 employees that is home to five leading brands: Glion Institute of Higher Education, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Ecole Ducasse, Invictus Group and the Indian School of Hospitality. Our headquarters are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with additional hubs in Marbella, Spain (Accounting) and London, UK (Enrolment, Marketing and Digital).

You are highly flexible (some weekends and evenings activities), proactive with a positive attitude and customer focused at all times. You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and you are autonomous as well as an excellent team player.
You speak and write English and French fluently, you have a driving license and hold a Bachelor's degree ideally in Hospitality Management and you have at least 2 years experience as an Events Coordinator. You are also available immediately ideally for an immediate start.
As **Events Coordinator**, your main missions will be to:
- Conduct individual visits for potential students and other visits several times per week in different locations.
- Organise arrival logistics for new students’ arrival and check-in for all intakes, from answering pre-arrival questions, follow up on arrival details, book transfers, communicate with campus and ensure a safe transfer to campus.
- Support the organization of Glion and Les Roches Bluche open days (about 6-9 per semester). Effective communication and strategic planning with all parties involved to ensure a successful event.
- Be Involved with conversion activities with potential students.
- Participate in the organisation of the Sommet Education Workshop.
- Help to train new staff with open day and private visit activities brief and supervise the international enrollment officers, interns and the students’ ambassadors during the pre-events meetings and on the day events.
- Organise and plan adapted events for the Regional Admissions Managers such as business events and new students get together events.
- Organise the logistics of the materials, follow up on post event statistics and in CRM to make sure that correct details are in place ; follow-up invoices and purchase orders.
