**About the role**
- Develop your account strategy by understanding your customers business & strategy
- On your accounts drive growth in revenue, margin and the number of services delivered by Orange Business Services
- Connect to new stakeholders with existing customers and open doors with prospects
- Develop strong relationships with customers at CxO- and Business level.
- When you identified an opportunity, introduce a bid team of Sales Specialists and Business Partners to design the technical solution
- Use your strong relationship with the customer to support your bid team to win
- Act as the inspiring leader on your accounts (both internally and externally)
- Act as the bridge between internal experts, industry partners and customers
**About you**:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience of successfully selling complex deals within multi-national environment
- Able to forecast sales and create pipeline/opportunities effectively
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills (able to manage and delegate)
- Loves opening doors and building strong relations with C-level and business stakeholders
- Eager to understand the customer’s business & strategy
- Able to speak our customer’s “language”
- Broad general knowledge of ICT strategy & digital transformation topics
- Interest on how technology driven solutions may drive customer strategy and act as trusted partner for your customer through consultative selling and story telling
- Able to define and execute a strong strategy & account plan
- Fluent in English and German and/or French
- MEDDIC knowledge is a plus
- You will be a confident, decisive and team player with a flexible approach to travel to visit the customer.
