**Job Description**:
PMO (Web & Mobile Banking - Theme Owner) is a key role within Web and Mobile Domains who make sure Budget and Capacity are very well under control.

This position can be based in Zurich (CH) or Berlin (DE) or Edinburgh (UK) or Madrid (SP).

**Your mission**
- Execution of the external resourcing hiring plan
- Support with administrative tasks related to external resourcing (e.g. time bookings, invoicing, contract extension, etc.)
- Budget control and monitoring
- Support with portfolio planning (clarification of open items with PMs/POs, chasing)
- Synchronize QBR (Jira quarterly planning) with Web and Mobile master plan
- Various reporting activities

**Qualifications**:
**Your Qualifications**
- University or college degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent professional education
- Over 5 years of experience of professional experience as a PMO
- Diligent and structured work methodology
- Strong attention to details, quality oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Experience working within Agile environment
- Great collaboration and team spirit
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written, any other European language is considered a plus
