For a project at our client’s site, a national bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Agile Product Owner - Online/Mobile Banking

In this role, you will have the chance to shape the Bank’s digital future by leading your product to success and working closely with business and technology stakeholders plus external third parties.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **Several years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager within the digital sector, preferably related to online and/or mobile banking**:

- **Well versed in developing product roadmaps, aligning them with business strategy, and identifying new market and digitalization trends to explore**:

- **Experience with design thinking, agile scrum methodologies, and SAFe framework**:

- Able to understand requirements from a holistic point of view and break them down into user stories
- Previous start-up or entrepreneurship experience is appreciated
- Ready to plan and execute experiments and iterate based on results
- Experience in mobile app development in a complex and regulated environment is a plus
- **Fluent in English
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Agile Product Owner of the bank’s customer and partner-facing digital solutions (platforms, portals, mobile apps)
- Constantly optimizing team velocity, and working closely with Scrum Master to improve team velocity and code quality
- Customer-centric mindset: starting from customer-first in every aspect of your product as well as understanding UX and working closely with the UX team to constantly improve user experience
- Data-driven product development: Measuring, iterating, and adapting are important and you should be comfortable with data, analytics, and dashboards plus use them in decision-making
- Promote and advertise new concepts and ideas in close collaboration with business stakeholders, Architecture, and IT
