- As product owner for web / ubs.ch you will:
- drive the development of our strategic roadmap to increase the public web footprint across segments, while e.g. significantly reducing the call volumes in our contact center
- take full ownership of the execution of the defined measures
- keep track of the impact of the defined measures and optimize along the way

- You are an integral part of the Channels & Platforms sector within the COO area of UBS Switzerland. Our team takes a leading role in shaping UBS’ digital roadmap - from Mobile and E-Banking to client advisor tools and data analytics. Our work is multifaceted and ranges from market analyses to strategic initiative implementation and quantitative steering of UBS’ digital.- Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. Digital Marketing, Digital Product Ownership, Web Programming, Site Management)
- deeper technical understanding of the Adobe Suite
- worked and collected first leadership experience in an agile environment
- experience in proactively driving cross-stream projects
- fluent in English; German is advantageous
- you are an entrepreneurial problem-solver with client focus and strong in analytical analyses and strategic foresight
- affine to digital services and the financial industry
- challenging yourself day-to-day and curious to explore new fields
- resilient and capable to deliver excellent results in stress situations
