Lab Cleaner

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated **Lab Cleaner** for a temporary assignment of one year with the possibility of extension

The Research & Development Services team at Roche Diagnostics International (RDI) leads the management of R&D laboratories and associated equipment to ensure the safety, compliance and smooth operations of local R&D laboratories.

**Tasks**:

- Regular cleaning of the BSL1 & BSL2 laboratories according to the hygiene plan
- Waste management, including collection and disposalLab coat management, including adequate supply, collection, and cleaning
- Operation and monitoring of dishwasher, drying furnace, and autoclaves
- Maintaining a stock of common lab consumables
- Pipettes calibration support
- Participates in the on-call services for the CTU excursion
- Dry ice area cleaning

**Must Haves**:

- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting heavy waste bins Regularly
- Work with potentially infectious biological material
- Fluent in German and English, min. Level B2
- Proficient with MS Excel and Google suite

Nice to Haves
- Hep B vaccination (Can also be provided by Roche)
- Relevant experience as a cleaner or laboratory environment
