**Wir haben Luya Foods 2021 mit einer klaren Mission gegründet**: Wir wollen den heutigen Hype rund um Fleischkopien hinter uns lassen und mit unseren leckeren, saftigen und natürlichen Produkten eine neue, innovative Kategorie von pflanzlichen Alternativen zu Fleisch kreieren. Um den Luya Brand weiterzuentwickeln, ihn bekannt und beliebt zu machen und eine Community rund um Luya aufzubauen, brauchen wir Power in unserem Marketing
- und Kommunikationsteam. Da kommst du ins Spiel

Wir suchen ab sofort befristet für 4 Monate einen Marketing und Communication Manager in einem Pensum von 80%.

Aufgaben

**In diesen Aufgaben wirst Du aufblühen**:

- Aufbau der Marke Luya und deren Bekanntheit und Beliebtheit
- Konzeptionierung und Planung der Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Massnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle

**Deine konkreten Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Online und offline Marketing
- und Kommunikationskampagnen
- Erstellung von diversen Wergemittel wie Flyer, POS-Materialien, Plakate, etc.
- E-Commerce Plattform & Verantwortung für den LUYA Onlineauftritt inkl. Texte erstellen
- CRM: Professionelle Betreuung unserer LUYA Kunden und Entwicklung von Loyalitätsmassnahmen
- Verantwortung für die Social Media-Kanäle inkl. Erstellung von Content und Ads
- Einführung von Neuprodukten: Promotionen, Degustationen und PR
- Kreation & Unterstützung der Event und Cateringtätigkeit von LUYA

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder ähnlichen Studiengängen sowie über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Agenturerfahrung von Vorteil oder Kenntnisse durch Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktkommunikation, Community Management, Kreativagentur oder allgemeine Marketingverantwortung
- Sattelfeste mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch - optimalerweise auch Französisch
- Kenntnisse in Grafikdesign-Tools wie Adobe Photoshop oder Illustrator von Vorteil
