Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Manager of Lead Generation Program 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- You will be in charge of managing a team of 6 employees (in Switzerland and Poland)
- You will execute global marketing campaigns (eMail and printed), with coordination with Divisions and Local Sales Organizations
- Furthermore, you will manage the contacts database, including data acquisition, profiling, clean up, etc. and you will take responsibility for processes optimization and automation
- Last but not least you will drive campaigns optimization based on data analysis and manage the quarterly budget

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have a Bachelor degree (Marketing, Business or Science), combined with at least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Used to work in an international matrix driven organization, experience in managing a team with technical products in a competitive global environment would be a real asset
- Very strong analytical skills as well as knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of marketing automation software is a plus (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders all over the world. With your leadership skills you should be able to motivate people and get things done
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
