Our Opening and Your Responsibilities - Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading global supplier of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our main site in Urdorf, Zurich we develop and produce high-quality sensors for the control of production processes, which we sell worldwide through our own market organizations. To strengthen our R&D Organization, we are looking for an independent personality as a Project Manager 100% (f/m/d) In this role, your responsibilities would include: - Drive assigned projects from the product ideation until the sales release and product ramp-up - Responsible for the project planning in terms of time and cost and defining the respective work packages. Understand the critical path of the project and determine project KPI - Assign the work packages to the respective individuals and follow up on completion. Coordinate with outside partners. Care for progress and a motivated team - Support the team with problem solving methodology to overcome hurdles and difficulties. Troubleshoot where necessary; get personally involved for finding solutions - Responsible for the product industrialization together with the operations team to implement a reliable supply chain and stable manufacturing processes - Together with the Product Manager, elaborate and execute the milestone meetings. Consult the respective checklists and transparently communicate the status, critical items, and plan for next phase. Document the status and feedback in detail - Continuously review project and product risk and make them transparent to stake holders. Make sure that the respective mitigation measures are in place What You Need to Succeed - Following requirements are necessary for this role: - Master or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent - At least 3 years proven track records as a project manager in the high-tech industrial environment, in particular in product development.
