**Junior**
**Relationship Manager **(f/m).

**Your tasks**:

- Independent support of a defined group of customers
- Conducting contract negotiations and renewals as well as drawing up contracts
- Collaboration with Solution Sales and Consulting
- Up
- and cross-selling with existing customers
- Advice to selected decision-makers from large and medium-sized companies
- Implementation of needs assessments
- Conducting product presentations via web conferences

**Desired skills & experience**:

- First experience in Sales, preferably from B2B
- Distinct customer orientation and communication skills
- A strong digital mind-set
- A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
- Business fluency in spoken and written German and English, Italian is an advantage
