**What is my function?**
In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships in French-speaking Switzerland. You will develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses, goals and challenges, and introduce them to World Courier's first-class logistics and service solutions. You will identify new market opportunities, support sales and marketing activities such as campaigns and trade fairs, and work closely with internal teams to develop tailor-made solutions. You will manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs, communicate with key decision-makers and ensure high customer satisfaction through fast and effective problem solving.
**What do I need to be successful?**
To be successful, you have **1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management**—motivated graduates or interns eager to grow are also welcome. A **university degree** and experience in the **logistics, transport, pharmaceutical, or life science industry** are advantages. You are **customer-oriented**, have **strong communication and presentation skills**, and can work **independently and as part of a team**.
