**Business Development Manager**
Obiettivo
Il Candidato, a diretto riporto del Chief Growth Officer, sarà responsabile dell'acquisizione di nuovi clienti, creando relazioni di fiducia con prospect qualificati e costruendo un funnel di vendita efficace, scalabile e coerente con gli obiettivi di business.
Principali responsabilità
- identificare e intercettare nuovi lead attraverso il network personale, eventi, ricerche di mercato, CRM aziendale, referral, content marketing e richieste spontanee;
- gestire le relazioni con partner strategici utili per sviluppare nuovi lead e le azioni di account mapping e vendita congiunta;
- qualificare i lead in base a criteri strategici
- organizzare e condurre call e meeting conoscitivi con prospect con un approccio consulenziale;
- coordinare il team di progetto per sviluppare la proposta tailor made per il cliente;
- preparare, presentare e negoziare l'offerta commerciale con il cliente;
- monitorare KPI commerciali e condividere mensilmente i report sulle performance vs. budget e sui forecast;
- collaborare con il team marketing per rafforzare il posizionamento dell'agenzia.
Requisiti per la posizione
- Laurea in discipline economiche, marketing o comunicazione;
- esperienza di almeno 5 anni in posizioni di business development presso Digital Agencies;
- conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e dei competitor;
- abilità nella comprensione dei bisogni del Cliente e capacità consulenziali;
- forte spinta commerciale, orientamento al risultato;
- ottime doti di negoziazione e di pianificazione;
- buone doti relazionali, di public speaking e capacità di creare rapporti empatici;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- propositività, flessibilità e ascolto attivo.
