The Technical Manager is responsible for monitoring compliant design for all technical systems in scope of the project. He will analyze, initiate and manage corrective measures to mitigate risks. Additional he will review / approve the regular reports and revisions of technical changes. Further he will coordinate the design staff, implement design changes and ensure the adherence of technical contracts / their specifications. He will verify and approve the mechanical completion of equipment, the final construction 'as built' documentations and the acceptance of the work / equipment delivery contract. Also, he will align the capacity to the project. Last but not least he will Perform active Change Management towards contractors in cooperation with the PM Team.

**Erfahrung**
You should have a minimum of 10 years construction programs experience in Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Industrial Engineering. Also, you need an advanced knowledge of good engineering / manufacturing practices and have worked within the construction industry, with clear preference for pharamceutical industry preference. Further you should have knowledge of Swiss / European codes and standards. Excellent computer skills are required, especially MS Office Programs and 3D Model Tools. Also, you have good negotiating skills, excellent coordination and presentations skills.
