We are recruiting for one of our clients in Basel (Switzerland) an Account Manager - Facility Services.
As a leading group in the Facility Management field, you will have the opportunity to join a company offering interesting and stimulating working conditions where people are at the forefront. You will be responsible for managing a major client account.
**Description/Duties**:
- With your teams, you will ensure the maintenance and service activities stipulated in the contract.
- You will manage the budget and may propose additional actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be the main point of contact for the client.
- You will manage the teams spread across the various sites and also the contracts with additional service providers.
- You will be responsible for reporting both internally and to the client.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- You ideally have initial experience in Facility Management.
- You have diplomas and/or technical skills in mechanics, plumbing, electricity, etc.
- You have the ability to understand the financial challenges of a company.
- You have good communication skills: both for managing your teams and negotiating with clients.
- You can speak, read, and write fluently in German, French, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
