**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Bewirtschaftung des zugewiesenen Kundenportfolios im Bereich Water Treatment
  • Selbstständige Kundenbetreuung per Telefon im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Verkauf und Angebotserstellung inklusive Verkaufspreisfestlegung laut Kalkulationsvorgabe. Proaktives Nachfassen beim Kunden
  • Dokumentation und Ablage der Kundenkorrespondenz inklusiv Kontrakte
  • Kommerzielle Begleitung von Tendern/ Ausschreibungen und Koordination dieser mit Außendienst, Produktmanagement und Verkaufsleitung
  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit Produktmanagement bezüglich Lagerbevorratung, Preisen und Bestellplanung
  • Verhandlung von Zahlungskonditionen und Monitoring von Zahlungszielen, Nachfassen bei Zahlungsverzug
  • Kontrolle von Auftragseingang und Rechnungsausgang
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung inklusiv QM, Verbesserungen und Maßnahmen

**your profile**

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium
  • Gute Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf und Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
