**Overview
- The Technical Project Manager ensures Project Delivery on scope, timelines, costs and quality.
- The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overall coordination of design and execution team.
- They oversee the design and execution of the overall Project Team and ensure that all are provided on quality and time.
- The Technical Project Manager also collaborates with other departments, such as CQV, Automation, Operations etc.

**Responsibilities
- Overall Design Coordination of the Project Execution Team
- Overall Design Coordination of CSA, Process and Fit out
- Focus on critical path
- Design Note Coordination incl schedule and cost analysis
- Oversee project plans to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with CAPEX investments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for successful project execution.

**Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry and Drug Product Industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the different disciplines: CSA, Fitout, Process, Automation etc.
- Strong leadership skills with a global interaction capability.
- Strong understanding on project phases, deliverables and interfaces
- Experienced as Design and Project Manager.
- Mature collaboration and influencing skills, able to work efficiently in a highly matrix environment with teams and individuals.
- Excellent command of English with desirable knowledge of German.
- Strong analytical skills for in-depth analysis of complex/large datasets, drawing conclusions and supporting decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
