Project and Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced employee that will help us manage ongoing and new projects. Not only will you have to act as a project manager, but your job is to ensure customer satisfaction. This means that after getting some experience, you have to anticipate customer needs and take initiatives to ensure they want to work again with us.

**The daily routine will be to**:

- Travel to customers across europe (1-2 days per week)
- Manage projects (organisation, planning, budget)
- Manage suppliers to ensure we have the right components in time
- Improve and check documentation (eg. user manual, qualification protocols)
- Support qualification and validation processes

**We are expecting you to have the following background**
- Master or PhD in a technical field
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing
- English and French or German fluent speaker
- Interest in new technologies
- Startup mindset: you take initiative and make sure things are solved

We are a start-up, so we expect people to be autonomous and to take initiatives. It means as well that you will face mutilples challenges such as working with different sizes of companies, learning and explaining about cutting edge technology or summurasing pain points and user requirements
