Our Business Excellence team, assigned to the Region EMEA Solutions and Services Business Unit, is looking for a motivated Program Manager to drive Sales Transformation in EMEA, by steering impactful and transformational projects in the domains of Sales Excellence and Customer Impact.
In this role, you will act as a strategic and trusted advisor and will work across the organization in close partnership with a large range of stakeholders, such as: global Business Excellence, General Management and Sales Leadership in 21 EMEA countries to identify, develop and implement initiatives that increases sales effectiveness and improves customer satisfaction.
**The Job**
- Steer and implement transformational projects with a scope that includes sales strategy and methodologies, optimal sales setup, future sales skills, sales incentives, and sales management excellence
- Proactively develop a strong, comprehensive understanding of customer's business needs, priorities, and strategies, to guide on ways to develop deeper customer knowledge, to anticipate customers’ needs
- Perform current-state assessments of our countries sales units to identify, prioritize and drive programs and process improvements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction though greater internal efficiency
- Develop sales frameworks and standards in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to enhance sales performance and sales productivity
- Drive change management and mobilize collaboration models, ultimately leading to a greater sales effectiveness and customer impact
**What you bring along**
**Skills and experience**:
- Degree in business administration, information technology, innovation or similar education. General understanding of the Smart Building markets would be highly beneficial.
- Several years of professional experience in Sales or Sales related roles, within a similar Industry, IT or Management Consulting.
- Experience leading or being part of the implementation of Sales or Digital Transformation projects, for example developing inside sales.
- You have advanced sales skills, which you can effectively use to influence others without hierarchical authority.
- You are flexible, assertive, self-motivated with a pro-active workstyle, and you are well-off in fast-paced complex matrix environments.
- You have exceptional communication skills including strong international collaboration and leadership proficiencies to connect and work across organizational boundaries, including engaging with stakeholders up to a senior management level.
- Travel: around 10% of your time.
