- For the further expansion of the financial department at HQ in Zug, reporting to the CFO, we are looking to fill a newly created positon as

**Head of Finance (Accounting, Finance & Compliance)**:
**R**e**s**p**o**n**s**ib**i**li**t**i**e**s**
- Review of fund administrators accounting records & reconciliations of the fund's investment transactions and accounts, including monthly NAV and annual AFS (US- GAAP)
- Overview and control accounting processes with external trust company
- Collaborate with portfolio management and IT to understand their investment strategies and provide necessary accounting support
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and KPI reporting for the management company
- Liaise with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (fund and management company)
- Enhance and implement internal control processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information of the management company
- Conduct Compliance related activities as required for FINMA regulated managers of collective assets
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to finance, accounting, and compliance as needed

**R**e**q**uirements**
- Successfully completed Finance degree (Swiss CPA, ACCA or similar qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, and/or compliance in the financial services industry
- sound experience in Swiss CO and US-GAAP accounting standards
- Good understanding of Swiss regulations for managers of collective assets
- fluency in German and English as business language
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with database software and Python is a plus
