We are seeking a dynamic** Head of Finance (100%) **with a rich background in treasury and cash flow management to help anchor and guide our financial strategies. This role commands not only the strategic development of financial roadmaps but also the nurturing and development of our team through skillful coaching. Your expert guidance will be pivotal in crafting a resilient and innovative financial core for G-20 Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Work directly with the executive management team to carve out financial strategies that marry innovation with prudence.
- **Process Implementation**: Initiate, structure, and fine-tune financial and cash flow processes, ensuring a disciplined approach to resource allocation.
- **Control and Compliance**: Instill a culture of financial integrity by setting up controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines relevant to cryptocurrency assets.
- **Coaching**: Enrich our team with financial knowledge and foster a team dynamic grounded in financial awareness and sound judgment.
- **Treasury Management**: Oversee and guide treasury functions, maintaining liquidity while optimizing the financial assets of the G-20 Group.
- **Reporting**:Generate insightful financial reports, offering strategic advice to steer the executive team towards informed decisions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage adeptly with a network of stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and investors, safeguarding and promoting the financial interests of G-20 Group.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial roles, with a strong focus on treasury and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in navigating the financial dynamics of the cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in a startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrable experience in financial modeling and analytics.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
