For one of our clients, an industrial company based near Lausanne, we are looking for a trilingual Customer Service Representative M/W at 100%.

Your responsibilities:

- Entering orders and scheduling deliveries
- Providing /following-up on customer response
- Working with Customers to resolve availability-, delivery-and credit issues/terms or escalating to higher management if needed
- Participating with Global Planning, Sales, Sales Management and Product Management personnel to analyze data, develop solutions and improve the overall Order Fulfillment process

Your profile:

- CFC employé de commerce
- ** bilingual English and German (min C1 in both), French is optional**:

- Ideally first experience in customer service
- Experience in export and sales
- Flexible, motivated, organised and able to manage stress and priorities
