Customer Service Manager

As the Customer Service Manager for LPP pension services, you lead a team of 3 team leaders and around 30 customer service professionals across Lausanne and Bellinzona. Your goal is to ensure high-quality service delivery for all occupational pension and vested benefits enquiries. Key Responsibilities Ensure most customer queries are resolved at first contact Lead, coach, and support teams in a culture of respect and collaboration Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and continuous process improvement Support strategic projects in digitalisation, process optimisation, and organisational development Your Profile University degree, ideally in social insurance or pension management Fluent in French + strong German (min.
