**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du leitest ein Team von hochmotivierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die den reibungslosen Betrieb unseres **Helpdesks **sicherstellen.
- Du bist der/die Problemlöser:in im Team und stehst an vorderster Front, um **Supportanfragen **über verschiedene Kanäle wie Ticketsystem und Telefon zu bearbeiten.
- Du bist ständig auf der Suche nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und ergreifst proaktiv Massnahmen, um Probleme zu beheben und unsere Systeme zu optimieren.
- Die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer technischen Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Schulungsmaterialien liegt in deinen Händen.
- Mit deinem Auge fürs Detail und deiner Leidenschaft für klare Kommunikation sicherst du, dass unser Team stets über die neuesten Informationen verfügt und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik bleibt.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung und bringst umfangreiche Erfahrung im **Dienstleistungssektor** mit.
- Deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und deine soziale Kompetenz zeichnen dich aus.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fliessend
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in** Client/Server-, Terminalserver
- und Virtualisierungstechnologien.**:

- Dein Expertenwissen erstreckt sich auf die Administration von Microsoft Server Betriebssystemen sowie deren wichtigen Funktionen wie **Active Directory, GPO und DNS.**:

- Die Verwaltung und Problemlösung in Microsoft 365 ist für dich tägliche Routine.
- ** Du besitzt einen Führerschein - Für das Auto sorgt unser ROCKEN Partner**
