**Your role**
- Do you have a track record of establishing and managing complex client relationships? Are you interested to work with the top client segment of UBS Wealth Management? Are you keen on improving the status quo and shaping the future of the asset management mandate offering? Do you want to play a key role in the drive to simplification and efficiency that helps us maintain and expand our client mandates?
- We’re looking for a Client and Business Development Manager
- for the Global Wealth Management Client Coverage GFIW/UHNW team to:
- drive the client relationship and business development activities of UBS Asset Management
- design and set-up the future operating model for single onboarding mandates defining new ways of working and build expertise
- take responsibility and ownership for client projects and change activities in the team to directly contribute to the team’s financial targets
- ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver innovative client centric solutions
- maintain the proper documentation to support all processes along the client journey and client processes and procedures are updated and followed by the team
- review and upgrade existing local and global service processes to enable the implementation of a sustainable lead offering for the team

- You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management Client Coverage GFIW/UHNW team in Zurich. Our team is focused on institutional mandate and fund sale activities with our Global Families and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) and private Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. We are a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages input and feedback. You’ll work closely with internal and cross-divisional stakeholders as well as your Client Relationship Manager colleagues in defining and streamlining the global set up of sophisticated discretionary mandate solutions and the selling of our funds to the top client segment of UBS Wealth Management.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience working in a client facing service function in the finance industry
- Strategic and conceptional thinker with a structured implementation approach
- good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the asset management industry
- well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to design and implement new client solutions
- a self-starter, able to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders to drive outcomes, while able to constructively challenge viewpoints
- client-minded, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- thorough and accurate work style, ability to cope with deadlines
- fluent in English, German and any other language is a plus
- a university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, CFA charter or equivalent is a plus
