***Client Service Support (6 months contract, 60% Home Office)****:
Zurich | 80-100 % | Reference 4102

As a client service supporter you will assist the clearing specialists in processing customer queries referring to risk operations, settlement and customer access. The job relates to standardized manual daily tasks arising from onbording, relationship management or as a direct query with service-oriented operational teams inside or outside SIX x-clear Ltd. This position will be a fixed term role for 6 months. The Client Service Supporter reports to the Deputy Head Service Management in Zurich.

**What You Will Do**:

- supporting clearing specialists in regard to all settlement related questions involving market practices in regard to the interoperable central counterparty business, timely and proactive transaction monitoring for SIX x-clear Ltd.
- analysing, verifying and correcting discrepancies arising from CSDr Central Securities Depositories Regulation.
- workbook driven tasks on a day-to-day basis in the contect of monitoring, instructing and reconciling the clearing and settlement flow

**What You Bring**:

- written and spoken command in English (minimum C1 level)
- finished apprenticeship or maturity
- proactive team-player with a positive attitude
- able to work carefully and accurately along guidelines and checklists
