**Main responsibilities**:

- Advising and managing client complaints, litigations and contentious issues at Swiss and international level
- Providing support to the Management, Private Banking Front Desk, Credit, and Operations departments for legal issues including reviewing and drafting of legal documents
- Advising on and drafting of contracts, banking form documentation, intra-bank documentation, internal directives and corporate documentation
- Advising and managing labor law questions and litigations
- Managing requests from criminal, administrative and civil authorities
- Advising and managing inheritance cases
- Support to the Credit Department

**Skills and experience**:

- Law degree from a Swiss university and Swiss Bar admission
- Master in law or professional experience abroad would be a plus
- At least 4 - 5 years experience as in-house Counsel, within a Swiss bank in the respective legal field
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English and French (German and Italian are an asset)
- Sound knowledge of and proven experience in handling legal and regulatory matters relating to Credits and Private Banking
- Ability to accurately work under pressure whilst managing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team focus
- Proactive, self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver consistent, accurate and timely advice.
