**In-House Legal Counsel - Banque Privée**

Auprès une banque privée prestigieuse à Genève, nous recherchons un/e In-House Legal Counsel afin de compléter son équipe juridique.

**Responsabilités Principales**:

- Fournir des conseils juridiques d'expertise et de guidance à la direction supérieure et aux différents départements de la banque sur une large gamme de questions juridiques, y compris la conformité réglementaire, la gouvernance d'entreprise, les accords contractuels et la gestion des risques.
- Contribuer au développement, à la révision et à la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures internes pour assurer la conformité aux lois bancaires suisses, aux réglementations et aux meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Assister dans la structuration et la négociation de transactions complexes.
- Effectuer des évaluations complètes des risques juridiques.
- Rédiger, examiner et négocier des documents juridiques.
- Gérer les litiges et les contentieux juridiques.
- Collaborer avec d'autres équipes pour surveiller les développements réglementaires.

**Compétences Requises**:

- 5+ ans d'expériences dans une banque en Suisse
- Licence en droit, de préférence avec une spécialisation en droit bancaire ou commercial.
- Expérience professionnelle démontrée en tant que juriste au sein d'une institution financière ou d'un cabinet d'avocats spécialisé en droit bancaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de présenter des informations complexes de manière claire et concise.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec un fort sens de l'éthique professionnelle et de la responsabilité.
- Maîtrise des lois et réglementations bancaires suisses ainsi que des meilleures pratiques internationales en matière de conformité.
