Admission to the bar or equivalent qualification. Common law, Italian or Swiss qualification is preferred but not a pre-requisite; - Approximately 4-8 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house with exposure to international operations; - Perfect command of English (spoken and written). Fluency in French or Italian is an advantage; - Strong project management, communication, drafting and negotiation skills; - Can-do attitude, pro-activity, flexibility, willingness to learn and develop professionally in line with the growth of the company and its varied activities; - Demonstrated ability to organize your work, balance competing priorities, manage deadlines and close matters in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment. - drafting, revising and negotiating a wide range of contracts relating to the main activities of the company, including agreements for supply of goods and services, sponsorship agreements, licence agreements, collaborations, flight charters, SAAS agreements, concession agreements, MOUs, NDAs etc.; - providing pragmatic, commercially focused, concise legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensuring the company operates in compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws; - contributing to development and implementation of contracting and procurement policies, templates and training materials.
