Strategic Support to Business

Help with financial analysis of go to market and auto finance strategy. Business cases for future BEV carlines

Monthly Forecast

Prepare monthly forecast, identify impacts and opportunities and propose ideas to improve profitability. Deliver and communicate forecast main drivers to Regional Team and upper management.

Monthly operating reviews (MOR)

MOR preparation, consolidation, report and review with Regional Team

Budget / Long Term Plan

Prepare and elaborate annual budget and LTP in collaboration with all areas. Analyze possible risks and opportunities, propose initiatives to improve results, report and communicate to regional team and upper management

NSC Costs

Support structural cost forecasting. Coordinate month end structural cost accruals as well as gathering forecast input from various stakeholders.

Pricing

Support current and future pricing and incentive management. Analyses of all pricing proposals, quarterly price and incentives campaign and evaluate sales channel profitability

Monthly Closing

Monthly Flash / Closure analysis, identification of variations vs forecast and look for financial proposals. Share results with Regional Team and upper management.

**Additional Job Description**
- Bachelor's degree in finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an international finance department
- Post graduate degree or business qualification is a plus (MSc, MBA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent)
- Excellent financial analytical skills to be able to synthesize complex and diverse information
- Experience in pricing would be beneficial
- Experience in large ERP's and Hyperion (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Strong interest in premium brands
- Strong customer focus, business acumen and product knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Stress-resistant, flexible, well balanced
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and Access as well as MS-SharePointFluent in English, German would be a plus
