Your opportunity

You will collaborate with various stakeholder across the organization to ensure effective business management support for ongoing activities and ad-hoc topics.
You will be responsible for preparation and follow-up of executive and staff meetings, including preparation of presentation materials, and ensuring that action items are executed in a timely manner.
You will play an active role in the further development of financial and risk governance and related frameworks, working closely with the Finance and Risk leadership team.
You have the chance to continuously rethink the way we operate our day-to-day activities, identify areas for improvement and implement measures to move our Center of Excellence forward.
You will play a critical role in the execution of strategic projects and key initiatives by leading the project office and owning milestone deliverables.

You bring
At least five years of professional experience in business management or consulting within the financial service industry, ideally in finance or risk functions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration)
Excellent analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in written and spoken English (German is an asset) Your are
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
An independent organizer, able to manage multiple competing priorities and working under pressure
A dedicated team player who is energetic and able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
Structured with a result-driven way of working
Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting of information and creating of executive presentations
