Finance & Accounting Manager

Een uitdagende functie met een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden in een internationale omgeving, waar initiatief en zelfstandigheid op prijs worden gesteld. De functie: Je leidt en volgt de volledige boekhouding en zorgt voor een perfecte afstemming van winst- en verliesrekeningen, balansrekeningen en cashflow-overzichten; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de maandafsluiting, jaarafsluiting én het begeleiden van audits en jaarrekeningen; Je beheert zowel crediteuren- als debiteurenadministratie, inclusief opvolging van ageing reports en openstaande vorderingen/schulden; Je houdt toezicht op kasbeheer en verzorgt cashflowprognoses en liquiditeitsplanning; Je stelt managementrapportages op en werkt nauw samen met de CFO aan budgetten, forecasts en analytische boekhouding; Je bereidt btw-aangiftes voor in binnen- en buitenland en coördineert fiscale processen met externe fiscalisten; Je neemt ad-hoc taken op ter ondersteuning van de CFO. Wat jij inbrengt: Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring in boekhouding, finance of een gerelateerd vakgebied; Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale setting, Big4-ervaring is een plus; Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels én Duits op een uitstekend niveau, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Je hebt sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden, en bent in staat complexe financiële gegevens helder te presenteren; Je bent sociaal, leergierig, een echte teamspeler, en hebt zin voor initiatief; Je hebt ervaring met SAP en bent een gevorderde gebruiker van Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Je voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende en soms inefficiënte omgeving, en bent in staat efficiënt prioriteiten te stellen.
