To lead the way, this role requires a breadth and depth of experience in the communications field, first experiences in team leadership and a vision for engaging our call center and store employees. It requires prioritization skills and a focus on quality delivery.

**Tasks**:

- Lead the team of Communications Managers and Specialists to ensure high quality delivery to our call center and store employees
- Alignment with the Senior Director of Frontline Experience on the strategic planning of all communications aspects across the Consumer Unit (Sunrise Main Brand)
- Work to ensure Frontline Communications is supporting the operations through high-quality work, a pragmatic viewpoint and a collaborative approach, as well as clear KPI achievements
- Prioritize requests coming into the team to ensure timely delivery and strong expectation management
- Map out and align content plans for complex projects together with key stakeholders
- Lead by example: Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish, especially for highly critical, confidential or sensitive topics
- Drive improvement and maintenance of communications channels used internally to increase employee engagement, understanding and awareness in all phases of the Frontline employees’ journey with Sunrise
- Provide status updates and tracking of ongoing activities, proactively working with different departments within Consumer on their communications needs
- Provide input into managing the Communications budget, ensuring spend and allocation stay in check

- Confident in presenting ideas and working with people in all levels of the organization

Hard skills:

- Min 10 years of communications experience (with at least some internal communications touchpoints)
- Proven leadership skills (min. 3 years in a leadership position or similar)
- Formal study in the area of Communications, Marketing or a related field a strong advantage
- German/English native and/or fluent, any other additional language an advantage
