We are looking for a Head of Training Delivery and Quality to lead our internal training department and ensure that our Frontline employees receive world-class training to excel in their roles.

Responsible for the Training Delivery & Quality team, you will own the planning and implementation of all training programs that will enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, as well as ensuring the quality of our training programs and monitoring their effectiveness.

**Tasks**:

- Manage the Training and Training Quality teams to make sure they’re up-to-speed on best practice delivery methods and top of their game when it comes to creating engaging and safe learning spaces.
- Work together with the Senior Director of Frontline Experience to develop a strategy that sets the benchmark in training delivery, building a strong reputation for the team and their work.
- Oversee the delivery of training programs and ensure that they are effective and engaging in all Sunrise Frontline channels (particularly Call Center and Retail teams).
- Ensure a clear mandate for our Training Quality team to provide the best possible support to our Trainers and Partners in the area of training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and work hand-in-hand with our Content Experience team (that build the learning journeys and content) to make adjustments to material and delivery methods as needed.
- Work closely with our external Partners, Channel Owners, Quality, Operations and Frontline Experience teams to ensure the Training Delivery & Quality team is delivering to expectation and ensuring solid plans to support pain points and knowledge gaps in the Frontline.
- Work with Managers to identify training needs and develop training plans for their teams based on new and existing training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective training programs
- Passion for learning and development
- Driven and eager to push the limits, try new things and deliver best-in-class work
- An empathetic, fair approach to leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and demonstrated strength in Stakeholder Management
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Hard skills:

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in training and development
- Proven leadership skills (min. 3 years in a leadership position or similar)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Formal study in Training and Adult Learning an advantage
- Experience with Learning Management Systems an advantage
- German/English native and/or fluent, any other additional language an advantage
