ABB Motion Service Competency Management Team - Global Training Network Lead We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. At the forefront is our Corporate Technology Center which provides industry leading software and deep domain expertise to help the world’s most asset-intensive industries solve their biggest challenges.

**This position reports to**:
Service Competence Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the new tool development like Learning Management System by providing a smooth transition from the old-to-new with excellent solution orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and networking skills and persistent attitude towards leading changes in the network
- Guiding local training centers to success with continuous support and follow-up of local operational and financial KPIs.
- Owning the E2E process of local training center on-site and off-site authorization and operation processes.
- Extracting insights based on the performances of the training centers. Based on the outcomes generating future strategy and blueprint.
- Supporting the network to increase communication and synergy within whole training network.
- Taking the lead responsibility of creation & modification of processes and development of a playbook for global training network operations.
- Supporting the training network admins on administrative challenges regarding tools, processes, and executions.
- Helping Competency management team on productization of training portfolio.
- Supporting Competency management team on continuous improvement tasks.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Finance or proven minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within industry.
- Experience on project management or business development. Having both is a clear asset.
- Former experience with Learning Management Systems is a strong asset. Where working specifically with Expertus One or Absorb is a gamechanger.
- Proven record of experience where international communication skills usage is mandatory.
- Ability to extract & transform data, generate meaningful insights using them via utilizing office or other analytics tools is a must.
- Perfect written and spoken skills in English is mandatory. Speaking other languages that is used by the current team members (Finnish, Italian, Spanish or Turkish) is a value.
- Resilient self-motivation on long run projects and tasks is an asset.
- Excellent Solution orientation combined with high negotiation skills is needed.
