**Stellenbeschrieb**: Berlinger ist weltweit führender Partner für sichere, einfache und nachhaltige Dopingkontroll-, Temperaturüberwachungs - und Speziallösungen in bester Schweizer Qualität. - Wir suchen per sofort eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Freude an herausfordernden Aufgaben in einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld.**Deine Hauptaufgaben**: - Zusammen mit Deinem Team stellst Du die optimale Verfügbarkeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systeme in Eigenverantwortung sicher (Schwerpunkt ERP/CRM und andere zentrale Systeme) - Du unterstützt und führst Prozess-, Daten - und Systemimplementierungsprojekten in der Rolle der Leitung der Abteilung P&P - Die nahtlose Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Unternehmens durch Bereitstellung von Strukturen, Plattformen, Foren und anderen Instrumenten sowie der Austausch mit allen Betroffenen und Beteiligten ist Teil Deiner täglichen Herausforderung - Du bringst Dich aktiv ein initiierst Diskussionen über die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Systemen und der Organisation gegenüber dem Management - Du stellst das aktive Vorantreiben von Entwicklungen und Prozessen zur Definition von Schwerpunktbereichen und zugehörigen Roadmaps und in Abstimmung mit dem Managementteam sicher - Zusammen mit den Key-Usern und dem Team stellst Du das Anwendungsmanagement/den Benutzersupport sowie die Organisation des Benutzersupports sicher **Das bringst Du mit**: - Technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, fortgeschrittene Ausbildung im Projekt - und Prozessmanagement - Erfahrung in der Leitung von Grossprojekten und der Neugestaltung von komplexen Prozesslandschaften - Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Interessengruppen verständlich zu kommunizieren - Erfahrener Change Manager, der in der Lage ist, die Zustimmung der betroffenen Interessengruppen in verschiedenen kulturellen und geografischen Regionen zu gewinnen - Sehr gute Anwendererfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Navision/SAP) und Microsoft Office Produkten - Methodische Kompetenzen, hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit unter starkem Druck zu arbeiten - Fliessende Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (Arbeitssprachen) - Proaktiver Teamplayer mit "Hands-on"-Mentalität **Das bieten wir Dir**: - Du kannst Dich in einem kollegialen Team einbringen und zusammen mit dem Unternehmen wachsen - Startup-Feeling in einem Familienunternehmen mit 165 Jahren Geschichte - Fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen - Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen, aufgeschlossenen Team - Möglichkeit bis > 60% im Homeoffice zu arbeiten In dieser Funktion innerhalb eines internationalen, weltweit bekannten Unternehmens geniesst Du ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität und kannst einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Verwirklichung der Vision leisten.
