We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, optimize and develop our ERP environment. This position is support and production oriented, under the management of a manager in direct contact with users.
Vos missions
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite instance, including roles, permissions and configurations.
- Configure and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain Dashboards and Saved Searchs.
- Manage integrations with other systems (website, Marketplace, financial tools, etc.).
- Participate in NetSuite updates, regression testing and adoption of new features.
- Write and maintain NetSuite process and configuration documentation.
- Ensure NetSuite compliance and data security.
- Carry out technical and administrative tasks required for ERP maintenance and operation.
- Automate tasks and optimize platform performance.
- Provide second-level support to resolve complex incidents in collaboration with functional teams.
- Track and execute modification requests according to business needs.

Vos compétences
- Proven experience in NetSuite administration
- Excellent command of NetSuite modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with API integration and other platforms (Jitterbit, Celigo, Boomi, etc.) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure ERP reliability and stability.
- Professional English required. Any additional language is a plus.
- Passion for snowboarding and knowledge of the outdoor sports industry is preferred.
