Position summary.

Due to our continuing growth, Nidecker Group is looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to work on Jones, YES., Now, Nidecker & Flow brands. Nidecker Group is located in Rolle, Switzerland. The Group manages some of the best snowboarding brands in the world, like Nidecker, Jones, YES., Now & Flow and works with 60+ distributors in 40+ countries.

This position in the Nidecker Group will enhance the expanding Team in Rolle and work across our brands worldwide in a B2B and B2C context. This operational role will see you work with the sales & marketing departments, and report to the CSO & COO. You will work on important digital platforms which link together different parts of our business, primarily sales, marketing and logistics. You will be expected to ensure the platform portfolio is being used optimally, that operational strategies are planned and executed efficiently, and maximum value is derived from the platforms we use. You should be a forward-thinker and be open to new ideas and approaches as we continue to seek out best-in-class digital solutions. The position requires good communication skills, which will be used daily in a collaborative team environment.

Tasks
- Coordinate with IT department to implement and improve order processing using Netsuite
- Manage integration between B2B Sales Platform and Netsuite ERP
- Organize product catalogs and launch new collections during sales periods in collaboration with Sales Managers
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of our digital operations
- Work to improve our e-commerce platform by adding and improving features
- Manage administration and support for various digital tools such as Resource Center, Dealer Locator, Bynder DAM tool, Reamaze, Elastic and 123formbuilder
- Support cross-brand marketing initiatives as needed
- Ad hoc optimization and intergration projects on our B2C sales platform Prestashop
- Manage platform administration and support for Google Merchant Center/Facebook Business brand integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and brand departments to manage all data stored within Netsuite.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, or equal combination of experience and education highly preferred
- 2+ years working experience in the Digital realm with similar scope of responsibilities and accountabilities
- Experience in with ERP and B2B sales platforms, in particular Netsuite
- Organized, versatile & quick to learn
- Experience working with APIs an advantage
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/InDesign an advantage
- Passion for snowboarding and knowledge of the snowboarding industry or just a love for the mountains is ideal
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholder
- Highly proficient in English (written & spoken). French and other languages are a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
