Position summary.

Due to our continuing growth, the Nidecker Group is looking for a Digital Transformation & Data Manager. The NDK Group manages some of the best snowboarding brands in the world - Nidecker, Jones, YES., Now & Flow. For more information, please visit our website.

This position in the Nidecker Group will enhance the expanding team at our HQ and work across our brands worldwide in a B2B and B2C context. This role will see you work with product managers, sales & marketing departments, and report to the CSO & COO.

You will be responsible for managing the content of NDK GROUP products and working with designers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that each product has all the information it needs—from technical specifications to marketing to logistics. You will also be responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate and consistent across different software and digital tools but especially our B2B Sales Platform Elastic. You will be also responsible to manage our B2B Sales Platform Elastic, creating catalogues, and sales programs and enhancing the user experience for our sales forces.

You should be a forward-thinker and be open to new ideas and approaches as we continue to seek out best-in-class digital solutions. The position requires good communication and project management skills, which will be used daily in a collaborative team environment.

The position is based at our HQ in Rolle, Switzerland

Tasks

1. Coordinate with IT department to implement and improve business processes between our ERP Netsuite and our 3rd party Software (Reamaze, 123Form Builder, Revolut, etc.)
2. Manage integration between B2B Sales Platform, Elastic, and our ERP Netsuite:

- Organize product catalogs and launch new collections during sales periods in collaboration with Sales Managers
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the platform.
- Working to improve the platform and integration by adding and improving features.
- Coordinate the improvement of the platform across our subsidiaries in Amsterdam and USA

**3\. NDK Group Data Management**:

- Creating items and item data in Netsuite
- Overview and organization of existing data, ensuring it is up to date and complete with necessary shipping and sales information.
- Collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and brand departments to manage all data stored within our ERP Netsuite and used with our websites and all external platforms and resources (dealers, distributors, 3PL, )

4\. Manage implementation, administration and support for various digital tools such as Resource Center, Dealer Locator, Bynder DAM tool, Reamaze, and 123formbuilder.

5\. Support cross-brand marketing initiatives as needed.

6\. Overview and organization of existing data, ensuring it is up to-date and complete with necessary shipping and sales information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, or an equal combination of experience and education highly preferred.
- 2+ years working experience in the Digital realm with similar scope of responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Experience in with ERP and B2B sales platforms. (NetSuite preferred)
- Organized, versatile & quick to learn
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop an advantage
- Previous experience in the Snowboarding or Skiing industry is a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
