Our products are used by hundreds of healthcare institutions globally and provide world leading capabilities for the analysis of genomic, clinical, and imaging data. - The role is based in our HQ in _**_Rolle, Switzerland, _**_and_ is a 1-year fix term contract._ **The role**: The **Project Manager**’s main goal is to manage and coordinate development projects of SOPHiA Genetics Clinical Application Solutions carried out mostly within the Data Science department.This person oversees all aspects of the project across the different departments of the company so that they can be completed on time, within budget, within scope, at the expected quality and at the satisfaction of users. **Tasks**: **As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: - ensure that features are developed in line with quality, legal and regulatory requirements - work closely with the Product Manager to ensure that the scope and requirements of the project are well defined in collaboration with the Data Science departement. - be responsible for establishing appropriate project governance and reporting. - document the operational activity procedure with the Data Science team lead in the QMS. - propose improvements to the workflow when necessary and implement best practice reporting standards. - ...And many more **Requirements**: - Masters degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or a similar field of study - 2-5 years experience managing scientific - or software-related projects - Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Atlassian suite - Strong organization skill, excellent written and verbal communication, team player. - Fluent in English is a must.
