**Description du poste**:

- Garantir l’activation Marketing d’OMEGA aux Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques, ainsi qu’aux Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse
- Coordonner les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels d’OMEGA avec le Comité International Olympique, le Comité International Paralympique, et les comités d’organisation locaux
- Gérer les investissements comportant la propriété des Jeux Olympiques et la gestion des droits, incluant la négociation de tous les contrats et des avantages pour les Jeux Olympiques, Paralympiques et les Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse ainsi que les droits de Marketing et du partenariat technologique
- Superviser les opérations aux Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques et Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse, au travers des programmes d’hospitalité, d’évènements durant les Jeux, de la coordination des chronométreurs, ainsi que de la visibilité de marque

**Profil**:

- Expérience prouvée dans le domaine des événements sportifs à un niveau international (idéalement en lien avec les Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques)
- Senior Leader dans la gestion de projets stratégiques

**Compétences requises**:

- Assertif, apte à prendre des décisions et à résoudre des problèmes
- Excellent communiquant, capacité à accompagner les équipes dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Disponible pour de fréquents déplacements à l’étranger notamment jusqu’à 2 mois sur place dans la ville hôte des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques durant les Jeux
