Für unser Tagegeschäft im LPB Customer & Logistics Services Team Basel, suchen wir einen Speditions
- u. Logistik-Spezialisten/-In mit 100% Arbeitspensum welche/r uns in der Auftrags
- und Transport-Abwicklung unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Kundenauftragsabwicklung im SAP in Zusammenarbeit mit den Product/Project Managern und den Supply Chain Verantwortlichen basierend auf einer Share-Point Lösung mit Workflow.
- Aufbereiten von Zollrechnung, Packlisten, Material-Zertifikaten für die Freigabe der Dokumente vor dem Versand oder als Voravis.
- Koordination mit Product Managern, Lager Logistikdisposition sowie Quality Management über Verfügbarkeit, Transfer und Bereitstellung der Ware.
- Teilnahme an Project Calls mit den Product/Project Manager und Kunden als Experte in der Auftrags
- und Transport-Abwicklung im internationalen Umfeld.
- Mithilfe und Aufbau von internen Trainings
- und Schulungen zur Erstellung der internen Shipping Request Formulare und zu Themen wie Incoterms, Importer/Exporter of Records etc.
- Begleitung von SAP Test Sessions für Kunden-Projekte und neuen Logistik
- und Transport-Lösungen.

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

- Kaufm. Ausbildung in einer internationalen Spedition mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
- Mehrere Jahre operative Erfahrung in der Auftrags
- und Transport-Abwicklung im Import der Export sowie ein gutes Verständnis der internen Logistik-Abläufen.
- Selbständigkeit u. schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Freude auch an administrativen Tätigkeiten
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr-gute Englisch und Deutsch Kenntnisse mündlich/schriftlich
