If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **HR Services Professional (M/F/d) 80% - 100%** **What exactly do we do in HR Operations**: - We ensure precise maintenance of our systems in line with internal and external policies and regulations. - We aspire to provide excellent support and service to our employees, across all Bayer Switzerland sites. - We continuously seek for efficiencies and automation in the design and implementation of our processes. - We strive to collaborate with the other enabling functions, both locally and globally, in projects to improve our HR systems and process landscape. **What would you do**: - Responsible for the correct administration of the exit process under consideration of local labor law, including the creation and processing of exit contracts (Resignations, Terminations, Mutual Cancellation Agreements, Retirement) - Stakeholder Management: working closely with the HR business partners, supporting the employees in their exit process and collaborate internally with the Data Maintenance and Time teams for the exit process. - Create employee documents, including reference letters and confirmation letters - Manage Employee Inquiries; answering requests in a friendly and efficient manner and maintain and creating self-service content - Use your innovation and curiosity to challenge current processes and to seek for efficiencies in the design and implementation **Who are you**: - Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with the main focus on Human Resources. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive experience across core HR functions in the position of an HR Associate. - Open-minded, outgoing, and friendly character with a "hands-on/can do" mindset who drives results individually, as well as in teamwork - Strong customer orientation with proven experience in; service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration - HR Services experience and experience of working within international teams is desirable - Knowledge of general Swiss and local labor law is desirable - High degree of reliability and motivation - Very good communication skills in English and German, French is a plus. **YOUR APPLICATION** **Location**: Switzerland : Basel-City : Basel **Division**: Enabling Functions **Reference Code**: 791601
