**Key responsibilities**:

- Order management within SAP, entering, maintaining and supervising of the orders
in close cooperation with our product-and sales-managers and with our plant logistic
staff, so material is available just in time for pick up and loading
- Open new customers or extend the partners in SAP with Global Customer Master Data
- Transport execution for regular and temperature sensitive goods (cold chain) by truck
sea or air service i.e. create within SAP shipping documents and distribute it to the nominated forwarder or logistics service providers and closely follow up with them on transport planning and committed delivery dates.
- Participate on regular tech and product management meetings internally or with customers and support them on logistics processes, SAP and commercial support.
- Request freight quotations from the logistics service provider and calculate the freight costs for our PM or sales managers.
- Perform a freight audit check for incoming invoices from the forwarders on our Tool InvoiceTrack.
- Coordination/Support for the creation of Transport SOP and Route Risk Assessments in collaboration with Service Providers and Product Managers.
- Participate and support Supplier Quality Review Meeting with carriers/forwarders
- Other admin works on Internal Shipping Forms, Share-point activities or create Excel data

**Key requirements**:

- Freight forwarding and logistics professional with several years experience
- Practical experience on cold chain and pharma shipments and good understanding of supply chain processes and their requirements.
- Autonomy work attitude and quick perception and being interested to support also admin works.
- SAP experience not a must but of advantage
- Strong English knowledge’s speaking/writing
