Product Owner
Software Development

My client operates in the engineering and development space with a focus on new age technology.

Your task will be to ensure the development and success of the software products. Ultimately, your goal is to maximize the business value of the solution.

Your tasks

As a key person in the team, you define the vision of this niche software

You continually prioritize the requirements, features and user stories that flow into product development.

You understand the needs, wishes and expectations of customers and users precisely and incorporate these into product planning and development.

You actively and continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the product and ensure it meets expectations.

You plan and coordinate the development sprints according to the set priorities in order to move towards the defined vision.

You act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders (customers, management, business units and other stakeholders) and keep them updated on progress.

You maximize business value and ensure that the product developed is of high quality and meets requirements.

Some of your strengths that we will appreciate:

- 3 years minimum experience as a Product Owner and in agile software development
- Must have a background in Software Development
- In-depth experience in business analysis or requirements engineering
- Conceptual and analytical approach
- German speaking is an advantage but not a must
