Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Product Owner to lead the development of Tangem's in-app services, including swap services, on/off-ramp, staking, and other DeFi and CeFi integrations. The ideal candidate should have a background in investment or trading-related services for B2C clients, with experience in brokerage, asset management, or exchanges. Strong knowledge of DeFi, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and blockchain-based financial products is a must.Responsibilities:Own the product lifecycle of in-app services—managing development, launch, and further business growth.Lead the technical team responsible for building in-app services, ensuring seamless integration with Tangem's wallet ecosystem.Develop and execute product strategy for swap services, staking, fiat on/off-ramp, and other DeFi-enabled features.Work with key partners including liquidity providers, exchanges, and blockchain networks to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially regarding on/off-ramp services, transaction monitoring, and DeFi protocols.Monitor market trends and customer needs to enhance Tangem's in-app financial services and maintain competitiveness.Preferred Skills:5+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading, or investment-related services.Experience in brokerage, asset management, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges.Strong understanding of DeFi and DEX ecosystems and how they integrate into user-friendly financial products.Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with developers on feature implementation.Partnership management experience with liquidity providers, staking platforms, and fiat on/off-ramp services.Familiarity with financial compliance requirements related to trading and DeFi.Success Metrics:Increased transaction volume through swaps, staking, and fiat on/off-ramp services.Revenue growth from in-app service fees and transaction-based monetization.Expansion into new markets by integrating with additional DeFi and traditional financial infrastructure.What we offer:Stability, growth, participation in shaping the future unicorn; #J-18808-Ljbffr
